Our manufacturing control is broken-down to a 3-step inspection process:

• Pre production inspection - allows us to eliminate any potential setbacks and to identify issues prior to production and rectify potential issues quickly and efficiently before production begins.
• Mid -Production Inspection - a random mid-production inspection ensures that the quality of the goods is maintained throughout the production cycle (cutting, dying, sewing, finishing and washing) and that the production schedule T&A is being followed.
• Final Inspection - random inspection hours prior to completion of production confirms final quantity and quality.

With offices in close proximity to our suppliers, the Quality Control, Merchandising and Inspection teams keep a close eye on production, ensuring that all of the client's requirements are met.
